Job Requirement:
Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Source to Settle processes in ECC and S4 environment and associated tools for successful implementation of a Business/Digital Transformation Project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solid hands-on experience in Source to Settle (S2S) processes, e.g., Material Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing
- Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis
- Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management
- Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
- Partners closely with business partners, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery
- Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
- Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
Design (Blueprint and Spec)
Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
Training/Documentation
Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Provide end user support during hyper care
- Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP)
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms
- Have worked in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion
- Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking, oral/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction
Additional Qualifications:
- Conversion experience from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 and other applications a plus
- Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.
