Contract: W2, 6-months
Location: Seattle, WA (98109), (hybrid schedule, moving to 5 days on-site starting January 2, 2025)
Pay Range: $40-45hour DOE
Brief Summary:
The Communications Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, managing communication materials and ensuring alignment across teams. This position helps alleviate capacity limitations and bottlenecks, enabling strategic communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Implementation: Break down high-level communication strategies into actionable steps and timelines, ensuring goals are met and tracking progress.
- Project Management: Coordinate with various AIT teams, monitor projects, document plans, and adjust as needed.
- Content Development: Develop communication materials such as WBR updates, All Teams presentations, newsletters, and team wiki content.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the senior communication manager and other teams, addressing operational issues and gathering information.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations based on gathered data.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in Communications in a professional setting, 5+ years in Project Management, with experience in executing communication plans.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on operational execution.
