We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our UTV showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceed targets for the overall sales and profitability of the showroom. Day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing and scheduling sales staff, managing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing the showroom display.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Showroom Operations:
- Determine optimal open hours and staffing levels and schedule staffing for showroom operations
- Recruit, vet, and hire showroom sales staff
- Manage the showroom P&L to budget and to revenue, gross profit, earnings, and expense targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Landmaster showroom, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an attractive display of products.
- Manage showroom inventory, including apparel, parts, and units to maintain appropriate stock levels, and to ensure report accuracy.
- Be a cultural leader who fosters an open and honest environment where people can “Honor God, Respect Others, and Work Hard”
Sales Expertise:
- Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Demonstrate expertise and deep knowledge of Landmaster UTVs, parts, and accessories, including features, benefits, and specifications.
- Effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure that all units are factory recertified and in excellent condition before display or sale.
- Ensure that the showroom delivers a one-of-a-kind customer experience that reflects Landmaster’s commitment to family, fun, freedom, and hospitality for all.
- Deliver an exceptional best-in-class customer experience by providing product demonstrations, test drives, and detailed information about our UTV models.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Performance Monitoring:
- In coordination with Landmaster accounting staff, track all showroom revenue and expenses in a full P&L.
- Select, track and analyze weekly KPIs, sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Hold Landmaster showroom staff accountable to weekly KPI targets that drive towards overall showroom KPI goals
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Marketing and Event Coordination:
- Collaborate cross functionally with the Landmaster marketing department Marketing to organize showroom events, promotional activities, community events, and UTV launch activities.
- Ensure that the showroom adheres to branding guidelines and promotional material is up to date.
Qualifications:
- Exemplary personal integrity and honesty
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in the UTV, automotive, or powersports industry.
- Experience managing a P&L to revenue goals and managing an organizational or departmental budget.
- Experience overseeing teams and having hiring and firing authority.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales and product knowledge.
- Self-driven and punctual with high energy
Education/Experience:
- Experience managing an organizational or departmental P&L and budget (required)
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or sales management for UTVs or comparable automotive, luxury, or agricultural products (required)
