As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients. You will have in depth discussions about the benefits of procedures patients inquire about. You will be responsible for responding to new patient leads by email, phone, and even social media. You will also be responsible for ongoing patient care in the practice including taking payments, scheduling appointments and surgery and understanding the needs of the patients as they continue within the practice. Excellent phone and luxury style customer service skills are imperative. You will also complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Candidate must be outgoing, motivated, display excellent interpersonal skills, and provide elite customer service. Should be a self starter and take initiative to continually improve performance. Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities. Must be extremely detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency to be successful.
High degree of organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
1-3 years sales experience a plus*
