Job Responsibilities
- Be the trusted People advisor to the Business and provide HR guidance and thought leadership.
- Understand the overall pulse of the business through various people connects and proactively identify the focus areas and plan action for the same.
- Design and define a robust succession plan framework, ensuring minimum impact to business continuity on account of attrition or career movement of key resources.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the BU HR Leadership to design, develop and implement solutions, programs and policies.
- Define/redefine BU structures to keep them nimbler, agile & customer centric.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Design and implement innovative performance management processes to nurture a Performance based culture.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for an MBA in Human Resources with relevant experience of 4-8 years.
- Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with all parties involved.
- Should have great interpersonal communication skills to assist the team in opening up and sharing any difficulties that may arise.
- To reach business goals, you must be able to manage people and operate as part of a team.
