Company: A full-service dental lab specializing in Crown & Bridge, Flexible & Traditional Partials, Implants, Full Denture and Orthodontic Appliances
Description:
- Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers.
- Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through prospecting and cold calling.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and coordinate with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas.
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfaction.
- Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities.
- Continuously improve through feedback and training.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of B2B, Medical or Dental sales experience.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills.
- Efficient in territory and time management.
- Ability to create and deliver custom sales presentations to specific prospects & clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Industry Trade Equivalent (RDH, DA)
Compensation: $55-60k Base,120k OTE uncapped + mileage reimbursement, 401K, full benefits
