Role Summary:
Seeking contractor support for a 12-month engagement to develop training content and coordinate training services. The project focuses on enhancing Operations training by creating materials and managing a pre-commission onboarding program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Content Development:
- Create online modules (e-learning, video tutorials, quizzes) and instructor-led materials (slides, guides, workbooks, hands-on activities).
- Ensure alignment with adult learning principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate content.
- Training Coordination:
- Establish training schedules for online and in-person sessions.
- Manage logistics, participant registrations, and attendance tracking.
- Provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance & Evaluation:
- Implement quality assurance processes for training materials.
- Develop evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.
- Analyze feedback and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Basic:
- 5+ years corporate training experience.
- Experience in energy required, LNG preferred.
- Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems.
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
