You likely have experience in a financial services environment, working across the stack with a focus on backend and cloud technologies. This experience will help you thrive in this environment. You'll be given plenty of autonomy and responsibility to solve problems in your own way.
You have likely worked as a backend developer, using tools such as Python and Java in cloud environments (ideally AWS). Experience mentoring junior engineers and exposure to Infrastructure and DevOps tools would also be an added bonus.

Starting salary up to $165,000 + bonus + annual profit share.
Office in Downtown Boston Area (hybrid): 3 days onsite.
