As Associate Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting with company legal, regulatory and business matters for global business.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, Negotiating, Reviewing and Managing Company's agreements with their advertiser clients, ad agencies, and ad technology platforms.
- Partnering with key stakeholders in the sales, solutions, and product teams to advise on legal matters and develop solutions to contribute to "the company's" client services
- Advising on legal risk related to partnership agreements, vendor agreements and commercial matters
- Support senior commercial leads in US and Canada
- Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience preferred
Bachelor Degree and JD Law degree
Experience in the Ad Tech or Martech industry highly preferred
