We're seeking an associate with experience handling trusts, probate and estate cases. Fiduciary litigation experience is a bonus, but not required. This addition is due to growth.

- Texas license
- 2-6 years' experience with an Estate Planning & Probate practice
- Clerkship/experience with a statutory probate court
- Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate
- Good academics
