We are seeking ambitious, driven, and collaborative goal-crushers who want their work to make a meaningful, measurable impact in their local community and in people’s lives.
Please don’t just blindly forward your resume. Read this description carefully and show us why you deserve this role.
We don’t care if you earned minimum wage at your last job or made six figures. You don’t need 10 years of experience—or even five. Often, the top performers in this role don’t have perfectly aligned experience. What they are, however, is natural salespeople, energized by interacting with people. They are process-driven taskmasters who know that the path to success lies in setting goals and hitting them. They love being on the phone or speaking face-to-face. They’re attentive, active listeners who seek to understand, and they remain unshakably cheerful, optimistic, and upbeat. Many come from food service or other franchise businesses, where success relies on executing business procedures and processes. They execute consistently because they trust the system. They win.
In lieu of a strong work history, you must have compelling stories about how you outperformed others, overcame significant obstacles, defied expectations, earned scholarships, won competitions, beat the odds, or otherwise proved yourself a winner. Convince us with hard facts and measurable data that you’re someone who checks boxes, devours task lists, and gets the job done. Ideal applicants will submit proof of their achievements via pictures, videos, awards, letters of recommendation, scars, trophies, etc.
A Word of Warning
This role is not for divas or divos. We don’t hire soloists. We succeed together, cheer for each other, celebrate wins as a team, and support one another when things don’t go as planned. If you need to be the center of attention, this isn’t for you. However, if you’re tired of being underutilized, unmotivated, or unrewarded, come work with us. We work hard doing great things for people, and we love what we do—we put people to work!
About This Opportunity
This is a ground-floor position. We are hiring our very first internal employee. We want you to learn, master, and completely own this role as you grow with us. We’ll fly you to the company HQ for training right alongside us—because we’re still learning too! We’re still assembling our chairs, picking out office decorations, ordering office supplies, setting up computers, and preparing for launch. You’ll be involved from day one, contributing to everything we do. This is a stellar, life-changing opportunity, so we’re being selective. Show us you deserve it.
Does this sound chaotic? Fast-paced? Don’t worry! There’s a proven structure here. Every role in our company follows time-tested processes, and we’ll train you using both classroom instruction and real-life role-playing. Express has been in business for over 40 years with 900+ locations worldwide. We work closely with one of the best developers in the company, who has launched more than 40 offices and is himself an office owner. His refined processes, along with the support of his stellar team (currently celebrating hitting a major goal with a team trip to Las Vegas!), ensure we’re starting on solid ground. The system works—we just need to execute, and we need your help.
