Our client, a global digital platform, is looking for a Global Head of Product.**This role requires relocation to Dubai, UAE**
They seek a visionary and dynamic Global Head of Product Management to join their ambitious team. You will be instrumental in developing and managing innovative digital products across Fintech, Entertainment and Gaming. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, cross-vertical integration, and the ability to ideate and innovate continuously.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the Product Vision: Develop and execute a global product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, including the application of AI technology.
- Innovate and Ideate: Lead the ideation and innovation processes across multiple verticals to bring new, groundbreaking products to market, not just optimize existing ones.
- Cross-Vertical Integration: Coordinate and integrate services from different verticals, ensuring a cohesive and unified product offering.
- Evaluate and Onboard Digital Services: Collaborate with our Digital Service Provider to integrate the latest and best digital services, including AI applications.
- Product Evangelism: Stay on top of the latest digital trends and services, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive globally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in global product management, preferably in the Fintech, Entertainment, or Gaming sectors.
- Expertise in digital product development and management, including the application of AI technology.
- Proven ability to innovate and ideate, bringing new products to market.
- Strong history of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering and UX teams/organizations.
- A player-coach leadership mentality with a proven track record of developing product management talent.
- Ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships across a startup environment spanning multiple geographies.
