We have immediate requirements in our Sales & Production Department for an energetic individual who is driven to achieve superior results. Working in a team environment, the successful candidate shall possess exceptional written, verbal, and computer skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple-tasks.
Prior experience in flat-rolled steel industry is preferred along with a strong background in customer/sale support.
Strong computer and organizational skills required.
Assist both the Sales and Production departments with customer support, including but not limited to:
· Scheduling and expediting of production orders.
· Inside customer account management.
· Release, shipping, invoicing of material.
· Set-up and review production orders.
· Handle customer inquiries and requests.
