STONE Resource Group is partnered with one of our top clients in search of an HR Core Talent Consultant. This is a hybrid, Direct-hire opportunity that is perfect for someone looking to continue working with Oracle modules and functions like Talent, Compensation, and Security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organization, and also understand technology capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functions
Must-Have Skillsets
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support, ideally in global environments.
- Experience with the following modules and functions: Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Security.
Nice to Have Skillsets
- Experience working with a network of clients across Human Resources globally.
- Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to influence decisions and implementation action across the organization
