The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning business goals with the needs of both employees and leadership within designated business units. Acting as a strategic consultant to people leaders, the HRBP serves as both an employee advocate and a change agent. This role proactively assesses HR-related needs, collaborating closely with the HR department and business management to develop cohesive, integrated solutions.
The HRBP builds strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that support the organization’s business objectives. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional HR projects while maintaining a deep understanding of the business unit’s growth plans, strategy, and culture. Through this strategic alignment, the HRBP ensures the HR function contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a strategic role.
- Extensive knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation management, and employee relations.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
