Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a skilled problem-solver, and someone who can anticipate the needs of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Executive’s daily calendar, proactively handling any conflicts well in advance
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and ensuring clear communication
- Book complex international travel as well as domestic travel
- Oversee property management for rental properties, businesses and residences
- Oversee small construction projects
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work closely with Personal Assistant
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to Bastrop/Cedar Creek area.
