Our client is currently seeking an Instructional Designer/ Technical Writer to support their Digital Payments System.
Overview/Description
- Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services.
- Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style.
- Follow the firm’s content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
- Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders.
- Provide insights for improving the usability of content.
- Must have Instructional Writing background with a technical focus
- Exposure to ChatBot instructional writing a huge plus
