Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare machines for efficient use, ensuring a safe and productive working environment
- Prioritize safety by driving and adhering to all safety initiatives
- Fine-tune production process parameters for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards
- Transition the production line from idle to full operation

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing and/or machine operation
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE OK WITH DRIVING TO JACKSONVILLE, IL
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $25/hour
- Per Diem: $100 per day/ All 7 days ($700/week)
- Shift Flexibility: Nights and weekends may be required
