High Level Duties
- Developing and implementing "best in class" external/internal sourcing channels and strategies to ensure fill rates are maintained at more than 90%
- Developing a team culture where excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process is paramount
- Personally, engaging in recruiting efforts as needed with an emphasis on corporate positions, difficult-to-fill roles as well as overflow
- Managing current and mid-term delivery team capacity including hiring, training, and performance management
- Developing, maintaining, and communicating delivery metrics, including targeting, measuring, and reporting for the delivery department
- Ownership of delivery aspects of the CRM ensuring the team is using the system optimally and in line with the published policies and processes
- Establishing and managing relationships with business consultants to maximize Delivery team effectiveness in alignment with business and fiscal objectives
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 experience in a recruitment environment, preferably in a Finance and Accounting unit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A confident and professional demeanor.
- An inquisitive mind and a demonstrable background of research projects.
