Requirements
- Developing, validating and executing various assays to quantify protein targets from both in vitro and in vivo studies.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mass spectrometry and chromatographic analysis of biomarkers and other protein targets from a variety of biospecimens
- The qualified individual will possess a B.S. or M.S. in analytical biochemistry with 0-2 years of lab experience in academia, biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Design, development, validation and execution of mass spectrometric, chromatographic required
- Affinity purification of intact proteins and peptides, highly desired
