Title: Product Experience Analyst

The Product Experience Analyst will work with many teams, including the Product Experience team and the Product Development team, to build best-in-class configurable and customizable product experiences online for our various websites and applications. This position will be responsible for designing and building complex configurable items on the Autobahn platform. The role will also analyze the platform and provide feedback for improvements. The Associate Product Experience Analyst will be responsible for processing updates as required for ongoing maintenance and keeping up the product catalog. In addition, the Analyst will need to troubleshoot problems and assist in providing information and guidance to the Jr Product Experience Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure complex and customizable products with proprietary software, creating logical and clear product configuration experiences with natural product customization and conditional logic using high-level product and software knowledge.
- Be an active and vocal participant in cross-functional teams to develop and improve functionality within the platform.
- Own all relevant steps of product build and updates with minimal oversight including, but not limited to, communication with vendors, verification of task completion and correctness, troubleshooting and solving project issues and concerns, and seeing projects through to completion.
- Perform routine product updates with highly sensitive time constraints, execute product update and QA initiatives with impeccable attention to detail, adhering to strict QA standards, and provide ongoing product support for customer-facing associates.
- Proactively and aggressively improve our product setup integrity and processes in pursuit of a perpetually enhanced site experience as demonstrated by key site metrics.
- Assist with continual process improvement.
- Act as product thought leader to support advancement initiatives.
- Follow tasks and projects through to a satisfactory completion across all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers.
