We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for our ecommerce division (more specifically Amazon.com). This ecommerce account manager needs to have strong relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset, and a thorough knowledge of eCommerce practices and trends. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. NOTE: TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE AMAZON.COM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Managing Client Relationships
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients. Acting as the main point of contact and delegating administrative work to a support team.
Business Operations Oversight
Managing sales, data, and budgets. Ensuring that reoccurring and one-off tasks meet client needs. Presenting data that confirms client needs are being met.
Developing Strategies
Creating and implementing sales and advertising strategies. Developing brand shopping experiences. Thinking outside the box while executing best practices.
Analytics
Analyzing data to optimize business objectives. Monitoring market intelligence to be able to confirm if any modifications are needed.
Advertising Management
Managing digital advertising campaigns such as video, display, search. Ensuring content marketing and social activations are cohesive.
Collaboration
Working with various brand teams. Collaborating with internal teams on execution of brand goals to best achieve external business objectives. Working with management and other senior team members to achieve account retention and help secure new business.
Reporting
Tracking key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are being met. This applies both externally to clients and internally to management.
REQUIREMENTS: Four-year college degree plus at least three years of experience at sales, advertising, and management of products on Amazon. Both Vendor Central and Seller Central experience is preferred.
