Our client is a capital management firm. They seek an Investor Services Analyst to join their Fairfield County, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Develop firm, product, and industry knowledge to support the Investor Relations team
- Support the preparation of analyses for clients and prospects related to our offerings
- Contribute to the preparation of analytics, presentations, client materials, RFPs, and DDQs
- Identify opportunities for reporting enhancement and collaborate on technological solutions
- Assist with various fund administration deliverables like investor flow reporting
- Run deliverables for client reporting such as performance and risk reporting, factsheets, etc.
- Update product and firm data for consultants, reporting agencies, and capital introductions
- Maintain data across various internal databases, including CRM updates and maintenance
- Utilize proprietary tools and external research for reporting, data analytics, and prospecting
- Support marketing strategies, campaigns, material distribution, and prospecting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous investor relations experience
- Prior experience in investment management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in MS Office, advanced Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
- Skilled in data visualization tools, SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc.
- Series 3 will be required after joining
