A leading law firm in the Sacramento area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm caters to its clients' legal needs, advising them on practices regarding construction law, labor and employment, and business matters. The attorney will be joining experts in the industry, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and make a name for themselves. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team, seeking knowledge when they need it and is ambitious and eager.

Billable hours: 100 a month (low billable hours)
Salary Range: 130k-200k
Lucrative bonus structure.:
Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program. Bonuses are based on the performance of an individual each month. A quick summary of the monthly Bonus Program: All billings are totaled after edits. The highest hourly billing associate for each monthly period earns a $1,000 bonus for that month; billing over 100 hours per month earns an additional $1,000; billing over 125 hours per month earns an additional $1,000; billing over 150 hours per month earns an additional $1,000. After that, for each additional 10 hours billed per month, the associate earns another $1,000.00 for that month. The Bonus Program is described in detail in the Employment Agreement.
Requirements:
- California Bar License
- 2+ years experience as a Litigation Associate
- Ability to manage and maintain litigation cases
- Employment, construction, or business law experience
- Experience practicing in California
- Excellent organizational skills
