I have a client in Austin TX, who is looking for an IT Project Manager to come and help with their ITSM implementation for Q1 2025.
Overview:
This role creates and maintains IT service management processes, standards, and metrics. Under the direction of the Manager of the IT Business Office (ITBO), the IT Project Manager will work with the leaders of various technology teams to establish service catalogs, determine service level agreements (SLAs) and organization level agreements (OLAs). The Project Manager will also own the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.
Required:
1) ITIL certification
2) Experience implementing a cloud-based service management tool (can be either ITSM, Service Now, BMC Remedy, Ivanti or EasyVista)
3) Strong organizational change management experience
4) Strong understanding of KPIs & SLAs
Nice to Have: Lean Six Sigma certification and experience implementing call centers for service desks
Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 onsite (flexible)
