As our clients expand, we are looking to continue our growth and seek an entry-level candidate to join our Account Management team as an Account Manager Trainee and learn our industry.
As an Account Manager Trainee, you will be an integral part of our team, working to build strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, acquire new accounts, increase annual sales revenue, generate quotes and expand our market reach locally and regionally. This position is designed for strong-minded candidates who are eager to pursue a career in account management and sales.
Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee:
- Meet directly with leading business prospects and build a long-lasting customer relationship.

- Assist in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets.
- Train directly with our Senior Management Team to develop full knowledge of our industry, sales strategies and goals.
The Ideal Candidate as an Account Manager Trainee:
- 1-3 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or other related leadership role preferred.
- Positive attitude and eager to develop leadership qualities.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Both comfortable working independently and adaptable collaborating in a team setting.
