Title: Senior Business Analyst

Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of projects and product teams, focusing on Microsoft Azure/D365. This role demands a creative, self-driven individual with excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes that support Vehicle Processing, Parts Distribution, and Transportation functions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyze and understand user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design, and system implementations. (Must have)
- Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure smooth project/product team go-lives. (Must have)
- Work with internal staff to implement functions and features for SET Supply areas, including workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and priorities by building strong relationships with business owners. (Must have)
- Coordinate with the technical team and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). (Must have)
- Act as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
- Design and develop BI reports and dashboards by understanding business requirements, designing data models, and developing visualizations that provide actionable insights. (Must have)
- Manage data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. (Must have)
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them. (Must have)
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in dashboards and reports. (Must have)
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, with a primary focus on agile methodologies.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with supply chain and/or logistics skills.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of systems and solutions.
- Proven ability to provide business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement.
- Experience with software and systems development life cycle.
- Ability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects and product teams.
- Proficiency in researching platforms, navigating systems/solutions, and querying data from both relational and no-SQL databases.
- Experience in producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and working knowledge of working with QA resources to develop test cases.
- Ability to produce SOP documents and facilitate their adoption by Business and IT Users.
- Competence in navigating both Mainframe and Distributed systems with minimal training.
- Experience leading triage of issue resolution on secondary and primary bridges, effectively communicating with both Business and IT teams.
- Strong skills with the Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of Parts Distribution warehousing.
- BS/BA/MBA Degree.
- Microsoft Certified in Power BI and/or Power Platform.
