Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Family Law Associate Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, including motions, depositions, hearings, mediations and client representation. While the role is primarily based in Colorado Springs, some remote work is acceptable. We are looking for a lawyer who will thrive in a team environment, has a growth mindset, and displays trust, responsibility, and unity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Family Law, Legal Issues, Motions, and Depositions
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Previous experience in a family law firm is a plus
Responsibilities
Represent Clients in domestic relations matters, including frequent court appearances
Conduct legal research
Prepare and draft legal documents
Participate in settlement negotiations
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Work with all firm members to improve and innovate
Benefits
Salary commensurate with the candidate's experience. Salary plus bonus to range $110-$140k+ annually.
