THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION:

As a Business Development Representative, you start your day by reporting to the regional sales manager, strategically focusing on generating profitable corporate housing opportunities year- round. Friendly and helpful, you engage with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organizations. A driven go-getter, you spend the majority of your day generating revenue through new business opportunities, utilizing a consultative selling approach, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Experience in sales
- Strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven business development experience and a hunter mentality, including cold-calling prospects
