Firm Advice is searching for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded civil litigation practice in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to support a growing dynamic mid-sized law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in complex commercial litigation, including employment and real estate disputes. You will participate in all facets of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a team on diverse legal issues.
Work can be conducted on a hybrid basis at any one of their Virginia offices.
Requirements:
- JD and membership in good standing of the Virginia bar.
- Five to seven years of litigation experience preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
