- The role is primarily for a hunter to bring in new logos to the company in the areas of IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance and Healthcare staffing
- This role does not involve LIGHT INDUSTRIAL staffing
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in staffing sales
- Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Chief procurement officer, Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager
- Attend contingent workforce industry conferences
- Create presentation decks and case studies explaining our business capabilities
- Speak at contingent workforce industry events
- Manage P&L for MSP accounts
- Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.….
- Experience in completing RFI/RFP’s
- Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation
- Providing inputs for marketing collateral
- Deep understanding of Linkedin sales navigator, Discoverorg,etc….
- Manage onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts
- Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM
- Requires up to 80% travel on short notice
- Can be located anywhere in the US but preferably Atlanta
Salary: Base plus recurring commissions
