What You’ll Do:
Maintain Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTR&L) equipment by directing technicians to conduct inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; adjusting and alignments; light repairs and keeping records while following all company policies and procedures. Shop supervisor duties include supervising hourly technicians, scheduling of P.M. Services and follow up repairs, direct oversight of UTT (Used Truck Techs), and the PDI process.
Job Duties:
- Management of shop operations.
- Scheduling of P.M. Services, schedule, coordinate, and manage shop personnel assigned to Maintenance facility. Scheduling outside vendor repairs, scheduling of on-site mobile maintenance.
- Managing hourly technicians Productivity, Overtime and Unapplied labor to standards.
- Management of follow up repairs and emergency road service situations.
- Ensure effectiveness of repair work and quality of work with random follow up inspections.
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles being returned or rented to customers.
- Processing of internal repair orders, purchase orders and DVCR’S.
- Administration and participation of weekly safety program.
- Management of UTT and the throughput of Sales Vehicles
- Ensure thorough of PDI process from start to finish
- Performs all duties of lesser classification, and other work-related duties as directed by management.

Compensation:
- $66,650-$80,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience + Quarterly and Annual Bonus eligibility
