POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate will have a knack & a passion for Business Development, ideally in the Staffing Industry. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently Develop new business as well as manage/mushroom existing accounts
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Ability to build relationships throughout the LA & Orange County market in A&F, IT and HR and work as part of a team
- Strong negotiation & closing skills, well versed in the different methods/tactics/techniques for closing deals in the staffing world
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years' prior industry related Business Development experience (Agency Staffing Required)
- Hunter mentality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sourcing/recruiting strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Looking for someone who knows how to do the job effectively, knows their own style and can execute, but also not be afraid to continue growing/developing & adding to their bag of tricks
- Must know how to have fun ON THE JOB.
