Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immediate Opening Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, appearing in court, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. While the role is based in Walnut Creek, CA, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Legal research, drafting motions, and preparing for depositions skills
- Courtroom experience and representing clients in legal proceedings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission
