Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Site Support Specialist for one of their global clients in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. This candidate will be expected to be a seasoned in IT Support, and will need to be a great team player with a great personality, and should be task oriented. This position is a fully on-site role out of Maryland Heights, MO.
- Specific responsibilities:
- Site support across hardware, software, network, AV support
- Troubleshooting
- MS Suite
- Printer
- Networking
- Working through ticketing system
- Traveling to other sites providing site support
Qualifications:
- Collegiate degree within IT
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT Support roles
- Excellent background with support in Networking, Hardware, Software, AV, etc.
- Expertise of Service Desk process knowledge and objectives
- Experience with Organizational Change Management Methodologies
- 2+ years of experience IT operations/service organization
- Supporting on-site and remote support
- Experience working in environment with complex IT infrastructure
- Physical ability to see, work, carry things in day to day operations
- Experience with AV support
Preferred:
- Automotive or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Desktop or IT Support Certifications
