ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple construction projects throughout NYC simultaneouslyDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staffEnsure compliance with all NYC construction codes, regulations, and safety standardsUtilize Procore for project management and Estimating software for cost estimationManage billing and invoicing processes using AIA standardsMaintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholdersConduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issuesProvide leadership and guidance to other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentMaintains professional behavior and attitude on a daily basis
