This is a 2 year contract position with our direct client located in Philadelphia. This position is hybrid (Monday and Friday remote day).
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Community Impacts (CCI) and CREATE Project Compliance Project Manager, the Community Benefits Plan and Sub-Recipient Oversight Project Manager (“CBP PM”) will provide coordination, tracking, compliance administration, and project execution support for externally-facing elements Creating a Resilient, Equitable, and Accessible Transformation in Energy (CREATE) project funded through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
The CBP PM will oversee execution, reporting, and compliance tracking related to CREATE program Community Benefits Plan (CBP) and sub-recipients and collaborate with the Fund for the School District of Philadelphia (“The Fund”) in support of fundraising and project evaluations for the Clean and Resilient Community Schools (CRCS) program. The position will report to the Director of Corporate Community Impacts and be responsible to the CREATE Project Manager for completing all federal compliance and reporting related to the CBP and sub-recipient projects.
