-Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
-Experience with basic networking, such as IDF's, racking/stacking, routing/switching, and wireless access points
-White glove deskside support

Job Description *
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join the team with one of our financial clients located in Dallas, TX. This office location currently has about 50 users and is expected to grow to about 100. You will be the sole Desktop Support Engineer onsite, but you will have many team members working in the other office locations in Houston, Menlo Park, San Francisco, New York, and more. It will be a combination of both deskside and over the phone support for executives, managers, support staff, and anyone across the firm who needs assistance. You will be handling level 2 and above troubleshooting, both hardware and software support. You should also have basic networking knowledge, including IDF infrastructure, racking and stacking, routing and switching, wireless access point, etc. We are looking for someone with both great technical knowledge and customer service skills.
