Real Estate- Fully Onsite- Yardi and Management Experience is REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Month/ quarter/ year end close procedures- oversee cash management staff
Budgeting and forecasting- ad hoc FP&A procedures, variance analysis, investigate operational drivers behind financial performance
Develop, implement and maintain internal controls and compliance procedures
Ad hoc tax and audit procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
- Yardi Experience is Required
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
