There are two roles. One is a more junior role and one is a more senior role which reflects in the rate range.
Technical Systems Analyst II
Length: 3 months with possible extension into 2025
Service will typically be provided during normal business hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays and Shutdowns. However, some work may be required to be performed before or after these hours.
Support Research Benchtop Team with the following:
- Assist with moving computers, monitors and set up to new building location.
- Image Windows 10 based laboratory systems using pre-defined lab image.
- Physically inventory laboratory computers and reconcile with laboratory inventory system
- Support software installation and updates
- Printer configuration and maintenance
Requires lifting computer equipment up to 40 lbs. May occasionally gown up to go to the lab. 5 days a week on site.
Required Skillsets:
- Excellent communication, customer relations and problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously with follow-through to completion and documentation
- Organizational skills sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- PC/Laptop Hardware maintenance
- Software/Hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 40lbs

Compensation:
- The estimated pay range for this position is USD $40.00/Hr. - USD $47.00/Hr. and is an Exempt role.
- Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on the circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
