TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global insurance firm to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support members of the C-suite. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and maintaining executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Accurately entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Supporting various administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Assisting with a variety of office management responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Position pays a base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
