Expanding organization is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This opportunity is offering well rounded responsibilities and exposure to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting several key functions of FP&A including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, data analysis and generating KPI Dashboards as well as assisting in presentation of financial strategy to executive leadership. Please note this role is onsite 5 days/week in Monmouth County. Must be able to commute to physical location, no relocation assistance provided.
Responsibilities
- Accurate analysis of current and past financial data and performance to assist with recommendations on profit enhancement
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators to support sales and expense forecasting
- Generate financial reports and ensure integrity and accuracy
- Participation in business strategy with ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred
- Three plus years of hands-on financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel a must, experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus
- Previous experience analyzing data and identifying KPI's
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as presentation skills
