Position Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent, particularly within the finance sector. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles, particularly within finance.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Provide guidance and insights to candidates about the job market and recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
- Strong understanding of finance-related technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for high-level finance positions such as quant analysts, developers, or risk management roles.
- Familiarity with the challenges of hiring within the financial services industry.
