Dates of Coverage:
10/1-10/4, 10/7-10/15, 10/23, 10/28-10/31
11/1, 11/13, 11/18-11/22, 11/25-11/29
12/2-12/6, 12/11, 12/16-12/27, 12/30-12/31
24 hour call, 7 days per week
Assignment Details/Requirements:
Board Certification is required
Active Ohio license is required
BLS and ACLS certification is required
Clean background and malpractice
Volume of procedures: 15-25/day
General Community IR-strong biopsy and cancer needs
80k ER volume per year
EMR: EPIC
Two IR in practice and full staffed radiology group
