Program Manager (x2 Contract Roles)

Rate: $800 - $1100 per day (DOE)
My client is seeking two experienced Program Managers for contract roles with a leading pensions and benefits administration company. These high-impact positions offer competitive day rates and the opportunity to lead critical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Role 1: Program Manager - System Implementation (8-10 months)
You will oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new core system, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Role 2: Program Manager - Target Operating Model Rollout (4-6 months)
This role involves leading the rollout of a new target operating model across the business, driving operational efficiency and improving service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and senior leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager within pensions/benefits administration or financial services
- Strong background in either system implementation or target operating model rollouts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Insurance experience preferred
