Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage staff while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Staff Tasks: Oversee and delegate tasks to office staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of duties.
- Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and initial meetings are scheduled.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the status of ongoing work and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Google Reviews Management: Monitor and encourage clients to leave Google reviews, helping to maintain and enhance the company’s online reputation.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections: Manage and track AR collections, ensuring timely payments and following up on outstanding invoices as necessary.
- Website Updates: Coordinate and execute regular updates to the company website, ensuring content is current and reflects the services provided.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AR collections and financial tracking.
- Experience with website management is a plus.
