Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wireline services.
Strong understanding of wireline telecommunications technologies, such as fiber optics, DSL, and cable.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with telecom billing, provisioning, and operational support systems (OSS/BSS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, and other data analysis software.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to wireline telecommunications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wireline projects, ensuring alignment with Comcast's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain wireline process documentation, including workflow diagrams, use cases, and business process models.
Analyze existing wireline systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Assist in the design and implementation of wireline solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution for wireline projects.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of wireline services.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and strategy.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure the quality and performance of wireline services.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the wireline telecommunications sector.
