We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Accounts Operations Manager to join our team, dedicated to supporting HireQuest Inc. National Accounts for temporary staffing positions across the United States. This role does not require sales experience but plays a vital role in supporting the National Accounts Director and sales teams by managing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and ensuring that our branches are consistently informed about new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Support- Collaborate with the National Accounts Director to manage and support HireQuest Inc. National Accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- VMS Management -Oversee and manage Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to ensure that job postings, tracking, and fulfillment processes are conducted efficiently and accurately.
- Branch Communication- Serve as the key liaison between national accounts and branch offices, keeping branches up to date on new opportunities, job requirements, and any relevant account updates.
- Collaboration-Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between national account activities and local operations, promoting consistency and coordination across all teams.
- Reporting-Prepare and analyze reports on account performance, job fulfillment, and VMS activity to provide insights and recommendations to the National Accounts Director.
- Problem Solving- Identify and resolve any issues related to the fulfillment of national account positions, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must be onsite in the Goose Creek, SC Corporate office
- At least 5 years of experience in managing National Accounts team - staffing exp preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
