Your Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Monitor project progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
