Hybrid Customer Service Representative - Insurance - San Diego, CA

Duties will Include:
- Provide helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers
- Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
- Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Comfortable with cross-selling
Preferred Qualifications:
- P&C license required
- 1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in a retail brokerage setting
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
The Fun Stuff:
- $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary depending on experience
